Job Description:

RINA is recruiting for a Sustainability Supply Chain Practice Senior Manager to join its offices in Italy within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

You will lead our Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting Practice, leveraging your industry expertise and ESG knowledge to develop value propositions for clients. You will manage a team of consultants to guide organizations through sustainable supply chain transformation, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and creating value.

Key Accountabilities

• Sustainability Consulting Leadership: Develop strategies, define value propositions, mentor teams, and oversee project delivery.
• Client Engagement & Value Creation: Build relationships, assess needs, guide implementation, and demonstrate impact.
• Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on regulations, share expertise, and contribute to methodologies.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities, lead proposals, collaborate with teams, and leverage synergies.

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering, MBA or Postgraduate Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in supply chain sustainability or consulting.
• Deep understanding of ESG principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
