• Sustainability Strategy Executive

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Combine strategy, consulting, innovation management and technologies in the field of sustainability
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goalsInteract with senior management at a client and / or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach
• Collaborate with Sustainability team and experts at European and at global level to develop compelling and strategic value propositions
• Prepare distinctive Thought Leadership contents on the most pressing sustainability topics for our clients
• Have some latitude in decision-making and act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• Manage large - medium sized teams and / or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Be responsible for coaching and mentoring analysts and junior consultants of your team
• Actively support business development activities

• You have experience serving as the strategic architect for designing and implementing sustainability transformational programs
