The Sustainability Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving the Grid Integration Sustainability Portfolio Strategy, managing a dynamic team, fostering cross-functional and cross-BU collaboration,scaling sustainability initiatives, and engaging with trade associations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sustainability and technical expertise.

How you´ll make an impact :

Drive Portfolio Strategy : Lead the execution and update of the Sustainability Portfolio Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, cross-functional activities and sustainability objectives.

Team Management : Manage and mentor a team of sustainability professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the business.

Scaling Initiatives : Identify and implement opportunities to scale sustainability initiatives, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with the company's long-term vision.

Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives, contributing to industry standards and advocating for sustainable practices.

Market Intelligence : Lead sustainability-related market analysis, identifying trends, segmentation, and competitive positioning.

Customer Interactions : Serve as a key point of contact for customers on sustainability related topics, supporting business development and co-creating solutions that meet their environmental goals.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability or a related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in sustainability, especially in grid integration or related sectors.

Proven leadership in strategic initiatives and team management.

Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (ESPR, CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, CRMA, PFAS, F-gas regulation, etc.), LCAs, EPDs, eco-design, circularity, and sustainable product development.

Experience with trade associations and industry standard-setting.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
