Job summary

Bulgari S.p.A. in Rome, within the Corporate Social Responsibility department, is offering a CSR Specialist Trainee position.

You will work directly with the Chief Sustainability & Due Diligence Officer, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational sustainability initiatives across ethical business conduct, environmental stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain due diligence. Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduation in sustainability-related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of CSR/ESG principles and due diligence frameworks.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data visualization is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify sustainability data from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare CSR reports and dashboards (e.g., CSR Dashboards, internal KPIs).
• Research sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Contribute to strategic project on sustainable sourcing, esp. gemstone traceability.
• Support cross-functional projects in sourcing, reporting, circular economy.
• Track progress of CSR action plans and document results.
• Create presentations and documents for stakeholders including LVMH and certification bodies.
• Assist awareness campaigns and employee engagement on CSR.
• Support internal assessments and supplier evaluations.
• Map value chains to identify ESG risks.
