The sought-after professionalism will become part of the Sustainability Solutions team with the role of Sustainability Consultant. During this period, you will be supported with the aim of gaining practical experience in technologies related to energy efficiency in the industrial and tertiary sectors.

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will be a fundamental resource for Arcadis' economic and reputational development. You will be involved in innovative projects that reflect the spirit of the company, and you will support the company's business lines in implementing new initiatives. You will also work on sustainability management practices with sector professionals, with the possibility of working in dynamic and high-level teams.

• Carry out field visits and surveys across the national territory.
• Conduct feasibility studies for access to incentive mechanisms.
• Identify the most suitable energy efficiency solutions through energy diagnoses, supporting clients in selecting interventions.
• Apply European energy sector protocols such as CRREM and EU Taxonomy.
• Implement "green assessment" focusing on GHG emissions and carbon footprint of real estate assets.
• Perform whole LCA for embodied carbon calculations.
• Work on sustainability and circular economy services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for technical due diligence and design assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Facility Management and consulting activities in the energy sector.
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (other engineering backgrounds accepted with relevant experience).
• Excellent proficiency in English (Minimum B2).
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including sourcing, market-based instruments, pricing models, and benefits of various energy generation methods.
• Proficiency in LCA methods and software such as OneClick.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to build calculation models.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of automation, control systems, regulations (White Certificates, Industry 4.0), and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to define economic models.
• Experience with energy modeling software such as IES and Termolog.
• Availability for business trips nationally and internationally.

Nice to have:

• EGE Certification.
• Project management certification such as PMP.
• Experience in design activities.
• Sustainability credentials (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, etc.).
• Knowledge of LEVELs framework and other international energy-environmental protocols.
