Job summary

Kanadevia Inova in Lombardia, Italy, seeks an experienced Quality & Projects Lead to develop ITPs for new equipment and manage quality control plans.

You will plan and lead inspections, drive supplier qualification and root-cause analysis using A3/8D/DMAIC, stay updated on regulations, and help improve processes across projects. A strong background in QC, logistics, and ISO9001 is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong project management skills.
• Strong QC, expediting, and logistics knowledge in supply markets.
• Experience with ASME, PED, welding (CSWIP preferred), and non-destructive testing (EN ISO 9712/ASNT Lev.2).
• Proficient in technical drawings, ISO9001, and managing multiple projects.
• Multilingual with professional English B2.

Responsibilities

• Develop ITP for new equipment and manage quality control plans (QCP).
• Plan and lead quality inspections and resolve or escalate issues.
• Conduct RCA at suppliers using A3/8D/DMAIC and create KPIs.
• Qualify new suppliers, focusing on BCC, and ensure quality documentation.
• Stay updated on legal regulations, support the project team, and improve processes.
