Perfetti Van Melle is expanding its European Supply team and seeks a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply for internal suppliers. You will ensure order accuracy, monitor production and delivery plans, and align with Demand Planning, Planning Teams and PMO.

Key requirements include 2 years in production/supply planning, a relevant degree, strong data analysis, and SAP HANA MM/PP experience. This hybrid role offers growth and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational FMCG

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in Production/Supply/Demand Planning in dynamic environments.
• Degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT fields.
• Proficient data analysis and advanced Excel skills (Power Query, nested functions).

Mansioni

• Manage production flow from internal factories and monitor delivery plans to ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate on transformation projects and production transfers between sites with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• Define and test MRP parameters for materials to improve planning accuracy.
• Maintain healthy stock levels, identify OOS risks and ageing, propose proactive solutions.
• Create and maintain service reports and run planning scenario analyses.

Our European team is expanding and we are looking for a new Supply Planner!

Main Purpose of the Role:

Our colleagues in the European Supply team are eager to team up with you to make sure everyone can enjoy our delicious freshmakers and sweets every day.

As a Supply Planner, you’ll manage the end-to-end supply process for internal suppliers. You’ll ensure the accuracy of orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.

You will also align closely with Demand Planning, Planning Teams and PMO teams.

What you will do:

• Managing production flow from internal factories: monitoring production and delivery plans and ensuring supply continuity.
• Collaborating within project teams on technological transformation projects and production transfers between sites, including creation of ad-hoc analysis & reports
• Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy.
• Ensuring healthy stock levels, identifying OOS, OOS risk and ageing risks, and proactively proposing solutions
• Creating and maintaining service reports and implementing analyses in planning scenarios

Our Perfect Candidate

• 2 years of experience as Production Planner / Supply Planner / Demand Planner in complex and dynamic environment, preferably with experience in international FMCG organizations
• Degree in Managmenet Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT fields
• Data analysis skills, advanced Excel (Power Query, nested functions)
• Experience working with SAP HANA (especially MM and PP modules)
• Basic knowledge of MS PBI
• Experience with database tools (examples: Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
• Basics of programming in Python (or C++/ R), knowledge of SQL syntax will be considered a plus

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €32,000. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
