A leading luxury goods company seeks a Supply Chain Trainee in Milano. This role involves managing product availability and stock optimization across boutiques, requiring strong organizational skills and fluency in Italian and English. Ideal candidates have a degree in Economics/Management Engineering and previous related experience.

Competenze

  • Fluent Italian and English required.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or luxury is a plus.

Supply Chain Trainee

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Be responsible for the products supplying of the stores to ensure the best delivery delay
  • Be the boutique’s contact for every question of products availability
  • Followup and manage firm orders from the supplier to the final delivery in boutique
  • Balancethe stock between boutiques to optimize products availability vs assortment
  • Manageinternal transfer
  • Managereturns and claims
  • Followup and communicate supplier delivery delay information to boutiques, the Marketing Department and management
  • Checkthe weekly automatic replenishment
  • Requeststock and availability
  • Manage data in the system (update the assortment, reference, description, prices, category, status…)
  • Analyze and follow up the evolution and the volume of monthly deliveries, novelties

How will you experience success with us?

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • Similar previous experience in either FMCG, luxury, fast paced environment is considered a plus
  • Commercially orientated, pro-active and result driven
  • Excellent organizational skills, resilience during peak times
  • Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt the communication style to the different stakeholders
  • Italian mother tongue or fluent. Fluent English required
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint): Proficient level
