Supply Chain Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and processes
• Collect and document user requirements
• Specify and oversee tool enhancements and system upgrades, ensuring functionality and compliance
• Manage the Jira backlog, prioritizing and refining user stories
• Conduct functional and non-regression testing to validate system update
• Map process workflows and dysfunctions, updating operational guides, manuals and training materials
• Design and deliver user training programs, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new processes tools
• Develop test plan derived from user stories

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, etc.)
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles for tool usability
• Expertise in change management and training design
• Experience in JIRA & Confluence for backlog and documentation management
• Strong knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) and data modeling (UML)
• Ability to understand documents written in French or English
