Overview

As a sourcing specialist, you will play a key role in executing strategic sourcing projects for assigned categories to take advantage of savings opportunities across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customer groups to establish specifications for assigned categories, performing market analysis and benchmarking, and obtaining quotes from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Performing spend analysis and providing data-driven insights to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Assisting managers in developing and implementing category plans to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change initiatives.
