Vivienne Westwood Srl is seeking a proactive individual to join the Supply Chain Department in Milan as Supply Chain Operations Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Supply Chain in monitoring all departmental activities via an operational calendar, supervising team activities, and supporting the following functions:

• Interacting with team members to request updates and support resolution of operational issues
• Periodically verifying the accuracy of purchasing conditions with vendors and suppliers based on guidelines from the manager
• Supporting the management and verification of supply contracts and procurement conditions
• Assisting in defining a cost management structure aligned with company objectives, in collaboration with the Costing team and IT Country Manager
• Overseeing the execution of methods during seasonal collection development
• Serving as the point of contact for procurement process improvements and system updates
• Supporting the Manager in managing special projects and daily activities, tracking priorities, and handling delegations

Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, management engineering, or supply chain management
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)
• Proficient in Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team within an evolving environment
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in international fashion luxury companies’ supply chain areas
• Strong knowledge of production supply chain processes
