YOUR ROLE

As one of the leading players in the logistics sector, with a strong presence in Italy and worldwide, we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate operational activities ensuring efficiency, quality and safety at our Pontedera logistics site.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supervising receipt, storage, packaging and shipping operations
• Coordinating around 50 direct reports and managing relationships with subcontracted personnel (circa 90 people)
• Planning and monitoring operational flows in line with company standards and schedules
• Collaborating actively with the HR department to manage union relations
• Analysing operational performance using advanced Excel skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A degree in relevant fields (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics or related disciplines)
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within structured logistics environments
• Good knowledge of English language
• Familiarity with labour dynamics
• Availability for full-time work on-site
• Bonus : SAP knowledge
