An important pharma multinational company is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Lead for Italy & Greece Cluster.

This role helps to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations throughout the cluster.
The role works collaboratively with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organization on all supply-related topics including Logistics, Stock Management, and Master Data.
The role is responsible for maintaining effective 3PL relationships and ensuring cost-effective Service Level targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Being part of the mini Cluster SC leadership team in charge of SC Operations activities including:
    1. Product/Customer Master Data (phase in / out)
    2. Stock availability (allocation) and Inventory alignment in Perrigo system-3PL
    3. Periodic Stock count
    4. 3PL management including costs (warehousing + freights)
    5. Co-packing activities
    6. Cost saving initiatives
    7. External reporting requirements to support SC operations (GS1 data pools, recycling systems, intrastat, etc.)
    8. Lead SC&Ops team and ensure standardization of processes across all the markets
    9. Define monthly/weekly/daily SC routines like:
      1. Weekly OOS projection and root cause shared with the commercial organization
      2. Weekly control of batch received and not released yet
      3. Monthly 3PL cost controlling according to the SLA with focus on storage, handling, transport, co-packing, etc.
    10. Implementation of best practices built by CoE across all the markets
    11. Responsible for Opex Distribution Costs & Freight-out Costs– preparing budget and assumptions + monthly actual costs tracking and FY projection
    12. Being the primary contact person into the mini Cluster for Stock Projection, Stock Availability, OOS issues

Education:

This role requires a Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

This role requires:

  1. 5+ years experience in Logistics, 3PL-Management
  2. 4+ years experience in Supply Chain
  3. Experience in people management. Preferable from Consumer Self-Care, FMCG industry
