Supply Chain Officer - Trade Compliance (Stage)

We are seeking a graduate or recent graduate for a Supply Chain Officer - Trade Compliance (Stage) opportunity.

In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to the operational implementation of international logistics and supply chain procedures, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Alongside your tutor and senior colleagues, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Formalization of export procedures, goods origin, and customs classification;
  • Development of risk indicators and measurement of procedure effectiveness, with creation of a reporting model for Senior Management;
  • Creation and implementation of an internal auditing process to monitor compliance with regulations;
  • Conducting a risk assessment related to Trade Compliance and analyzing the economic impacts for the Pietro Fiorentini Group;
  • Ongoing support in managing transversal processes in the Supply Chain and Logistics area, including transportation cost control, management of certificates of origin, and operational process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • Good command of the Office package, particularly Excel;
  • Analytical, precise, and detail-oriented;
  • Able to work in a team and possess good problem-solving skills.
