Philogen S.p.A. would like to hire a highly motivated and qualified Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry—particularly in sterile infusion drugs—and a proven track record in managing complex supply chain processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of raw materials
• Optimize inventory management to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and support the supply chain team to achieve business goals
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of biological processes is a plus
