Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience, posséder des compétences en gestion de projet et être à l'aise avec l'analyse des performances. Competenze

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain.
  • Certificat PMP ou équivalent est un plus.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence — from procurement through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will also lead strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational development within the Supply Chain function.

  • Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s goals to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on process innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor Supply Chain projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitalization in collaboration with IT and relevant stakeholders.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against service level, efficiency, and cost targets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
  • Supervise inventory management, stock allocation, and replenishment processes to support optimal product availability across international retail locations.
  • Lead tendering processes and negotiate contracts to secure best-in-class supply agreements.
  • Foster alignment and communication across departments to ensure operational plans support broader company objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all supply chain activities.

Requisiti:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles with proven exposure to Project Management (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and the ability to lead change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana), and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
