Une entreprise de haute technologie en pleine croissance, Eddyfi NDT Inc., recherche un Supply Chain Manager pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique en Lombardia. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans la gestion de l'approvisionnement, avec un fort accent sur l'optimisation des coûts et la collaboration interfonctionnelle. Vous contribuerez à des projets significatifs dans des secteurs critiques, en participant à la digitalisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Competenze

  • 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en industrie ou fabrication.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'italien, écrit et parlé.
  • Aptitude à analyser des plans techniques.

Mansioni

  • Gérer le cycle d'approvisionnement et les relations fournisseurs.
  • Montrer la performance des fournisseurs avec des KPI.
  • Optimiser les délais et coûts des commandes.

As Supply Chain Manager you will have to

  • Managing the entire procurement cycle, from request for quotation to order issuance and delivery monitoring
  • Selecting and qualifying new suppliers, negotiating commercial and contractual terms
  • Coordinating and supervising follow-ups and delivery date control
  • Collaborating with production, warehouse, quality, and technical departments to ensure proper material supply
  • Monitoring supplier performance (timeliness, quality, costs) through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing issues related to delays, non-conformities, or material shortages
  • Optimizing lead times, costs, and order quantities based on stock and inventory turnover logic
  • Supporting the digitization process of the supply chain
  • Contributing to the development of a structured and scalable purchasing strategy
  • Coordinating the purchasing team, promoting growth, efficiency, and training

What makes you an asset to our team

  • Degree preferably in mechanical, electronic, management engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years in a similar role within industrial or manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge of purchasing, negotiation and supplier management techniques
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft NAV / SAP)
  • Excellent skills of Excel and data analysis tools
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
  • Ability to read bills of materials and technical drawings
  • Problem solving orientation, precision and organisation
  • Aptitude for team management and cross-functional work
