We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence — from procurement through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will also lead strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational development within the Supply Chain function.
- Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s goals to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on process innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Plan, manage, and monitor Supply Chain projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitalization in collaboration with IT and relevant stakeholders.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against service level, efficiency, and cost targets.
- Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
- Supervise inventory management, stock allocation, and replenishment processes to support optimal product availability across international retail locations.
- Lead tendering processes and negotiate contracts to secure best-in-class supply agreements.
- Foster alignment and communication across departments to ensure operational plans support broader company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all supply chain activities.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles with proven exposure to Project Management (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and the ability to lead change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana), and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
