Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Berceto, Italy

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Company

The company specializes in manufacturing and selling sports equipment for both sports centers and private clients, with a core focus on home gym products. Established in 2007, it aims to produce the best equipment for Functional Training and Strength & Conditioning. With a turnover of €10 million, its brand is internationally recognized for performance and design.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing the supply chain, with a particular focus on import activities from foreign countries, accounting for approximately 70% of operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage import operations from abroad, especially from China and other countries, and coordinate procurement activities within Italy.
2. Develop and optimize warehouse and logistics processes to ensure efficiency and cost reduction.
3. Handle customs documentation for import activities and ensure compliance with current regulations.
4. Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
5. Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure an optimal and timely flow of materials.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Management Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain and warehouse management, with good knowledge of import processes and documentation.
• Good command of the English language.
• Advanced knowledge of software for planning and monitoring logistics operations.
• Problem-solving attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
