Supply Chain Management Data Analyst (f/m/d), Monselice

Job Description

For our Transformers Business Unit, we are looking for a Supply Chain Management Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our global Supply Quality and Development team.

The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Supply Quality and Development manager.

Your responsibilities
  1. Design and execute data collection strategies from various supply chain management systems.
  2. Clean, transform, and prepare supply chain data for analysis.
  3. Define KPIs, develop, and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and data models using Celonis and Power BI for supply quality and/or SCM sustainability.
  4. Validate processes in factories to ensure adherence to the system standards in Quality and P&F teams.
  5. Maintain the SQ-SharePoint and update content as necessary or upon request.
  6. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Create clear visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to SCM stakeholders.
  8. Become an expert on key internal and external data sources for SCM and identify opportunities to leverage new data sources to improve or develop new analytic solutions.
  9. Leverage close working relations with different organizational touchpoints such as IT, Master Data, SAP, etc.
  10. Work on ad-hoc requests to clean up or create new dashboards in Power BI.
Your background
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain.
  3. Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets.
  4. Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Experience in using and managing MS SharePoint and MS Teams.
  6. Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
  7. Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of VBA, DAX, and SQL.
  9. Experience with SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA.
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  12. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
