Supply Chain Management Data Analyst (f/m/d), Monselice
Job Description
For our Transformers Business Unit, we are looking for a Supply Chain Management Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our global Supply Quality and Development team.
The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Supply Quality and Development manager.
Your responsibilities
- Design and execute data collection strategies from various supply chain management systems.
- Clean, transform, and prepare supply chain data for analysis.
- Define KPIs, develop, and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and data models using Celonis and Power BI for supply quality and/or SCM sustainability.
- Validate processes in factories to ensure adherence to the system standards in Quality and P&F teams.
- Maintain the SQ-SharePoint and update content as necessary or upon request.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to SCM stakeholders.
- Become an expert on key internal and external data sources for SCM and identify opportunities to leverage new data sources to improve or develop new analytic solutions.
- Leverage close working relations with different organizational touchpoints such as IT, Master Data, SAP, etc.
- Work on ad-hoc requests to clean up or create new dashboards in Power BI.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in using and managing MS SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of VBA, DAX, and SQL.
- Experience with SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
