Your mission

Reporting directly to the Chief Logistics Officer, you will play a key role in defining and developing Subbyx's supply chain management.

A few examples of your daily tasks

  • Book transactions of in / out stock items, coordinate deliveries, and track purchase orders.
  • Manage stock levels, perform stock counts, reconcile differences, and report to management.
  • Implement and maintain a system to calculate the Lifetime Asset Value to support strategic sales decisions based on residual value.
  • Analyze repair and theft costs, and actively manage contracts with re-insurance partners.
  • Develop and maintain an asset inventory system with structured data collection and updates for accuracy.
  • Maintain a dashboard to track key KPIs and SLAs, supporting operational and strategic decisions.

Is this you?

  • Management Engineering degree or similar.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control; international experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform detailed procedures in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Python and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Willing to go the extra mile if needed.
  • Open to learning from mistakes and improving.
  • Team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Capable of working independently with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Down-to-earth and adaptable.
  • Motivated to build an empire.
