Würth Italia, a leader in the distribution of professional products and systems for fastening, is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist for our headquarters in CAPENA (RM).

What will you do?

You will be responsible for drafting analysis documents (project, technical, and ROI) necessary to define digitization projects in the Supply Chain.

Your activities will focus on digitalizing internal procurement processes with our suppliers, both existing and potential.

You will listen directly to internal and external procurement needs and supply chain management, designing projects that consider the existing IT ecosystem and utilizing technological and logistical tools provided by Würth.

Operating with increasing autonomy within cross-functional teams (Logistics, IT, EDI, E-Business, Big Data), you will plan and schedule activities, defining technical project specifications aligned with the company's priorities and goals.

We also expect you to have initiative, a strong growth and improvement mindset, pragmatic attitude, and significant organizational skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in consulting firms or similar in project management, IT solution implementation, or business process reengineering.
• Preferably a degree in management engineering, computer science, logistics, or technical subjects.
• Experience in drafting technical-functional project documentation.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zucchetti, etc.
• Proficiency in Office Suite.

Plus factors include:

• Knowledge of B2B Business Integration software like Seeburger or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL querying programs.
• Familiarity with OCI / Punchout interfaces.
• Knowledge of main B2B marketplaces such as SAP ARIBA, COUPA, JAGGAER, IUNGO, etc.
• Understanding of key formats like EDIFact, XML, CSV, XLS, etc.
• Programming skills in Java or other languages (HTML, CSS, etc.).
