Candidates should have proven experience in supply chain planning and demand forecasting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in planning tools such as SAP and Power BI. Overview

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our EMEA team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order fulfilment excellence (DIFOT / OTIF) by analyzing trends, identifying root causes and driving improvement actions.
• Monitor and optimize asset utilization across EMEA, balancing pools between business units and anticipating seasonal peaks.
• Develop data-driven forecasting models together with Commercial, anticipating demand and enabling better planning of resources, assets and capex.
• Define optimal inventory levels and safety stocks, aligning closely with Finance and Procurement.
• Support network design optimization, balancing logistics and wash spend while ensuring contingency capacity to meet growth.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• High numerical affinity and proficiency with planning tools (SAP, TMS, Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site at our offices in (add country / city).
