Our 47,000-strong Operations team offers you the chance to make an impact. PMI's transition from cigarettes to smoke-free products has altered our operations, presenting new challenges in sourcing raw materials, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain planning.

As a Supply Chain Specialist focusing on Data Quality, you will collaborate with data owners and stewards to define standards, lead improvement initiatives, and monitor data quality across our global supply chain to maximize data value.

You will establish and enhance Data Quality standards within PMI, providing insights from our Data Ocean platform and translating these into actionable recommendations.

Your role involves working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, IT, Manufacturing, and Quality. You will serve as a key contact for data quality issues, connecting data owners and SMEs to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Identifying current and future data needs, researching solutions, managing data lifecycle, and ensuring data integrity.
2. Leading AI-driven logistics skill development, including deploying AERA Decision Cloud solutions for warehouse, transport, and fulfillment.
3. Ensuring our analytics portfolio meets digital landscape needs and supporting Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) with digital requirements.
4. Assessing supply chain capabilities, identifying gaps, and coordinating upskilling initiatives with Operational Excellence and training teams.
5. Developing an analytics communication framework to share insights and innovations.
6. Integrating logistics expertise with AI automation, machine learning, and real-time analytics.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in TMS, WMS, order fulfillment, transport optimization, or real-time logistics.
• A Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing-related fields.
• Certifications in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI decision-making, machine learning, and digital supply chain tools (e.g., AERA, o9, SAP IBP, SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Experience in robotics automation (preferably Python coding).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
