Supply and Demand Chain Planner Onitsuka Tiger

As a Supply & Demand Planner, you’ll join our talented Onitsuka Tiger team as a key contact for demand and supply planning. You’ll develop, deliver, and report on detailed demand plans that balance customer needs with our global strategy. We seek a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues across departments to build consensus on plans that consider budget, product, and factory constraints while maximizing stakeholder value.

What are we looking for?

A seasoned supply chain professional with strong forecasting skills to prepare us for various scenarios while maintaining focus on the business bottom line.

Based in Milan and reporting to the Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Developing demand forecasts and managing the planning calendar with relevant departments.
2. Interacting with buying, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers.
3. Reviewing historical sales data to inform forecasts and evaluate future results.
4. Translating demand plans into effective supply plans.
5. Communicating regularly with our global head office and support teams.
6. Supporting additional tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with supply chain and sales processes.
• Proficiency in forecasting with understanding of financial impacts.
• Strong analytical, planning, and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP / FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
