Supply and Demand Chain Planner Onitsuka Tiger

As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will join our talented Onitsuka Tiger team as the primary contact for demand and supply planning. Your role involves developing, delivering, and reporting detailed demand plans that balance customer needs with our global strategy. You should be a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working closely with various departments to create aligned plans considering budget, product, and factory constraints to maximize stakeholder results.

We seek an experienced supply chain professional with strong forecasting skills to prepare us for various scenarios while maintaining focus on the business’s profitability.

Based in Milan and reporting to the Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Developing demand forecasts and managing the planning calendar with relevant departments.
• Interacting with buying, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers.
• Reviewing historical sales data to inform forecasts and evaluate future performance.
• Translating demand plans into effective supply plans.
• Communicating regularly with our global head office and support teams.
• Supporting additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of supply chain and sales processes.
• Proficiency in forecasting and understanding its financial impact.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP / FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
