Supply and Demand Chain Planner Onitsuka Tiger

As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will join our talented Onitsuka Tiger team as the main point of contact for demand and supply planning. You will develop, deliver, and report on detailed demand plans that balance customer needs with our global strategy. We seek a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working closely with various departments to build consensus on plans that consider budget, product, and factory constraints, maximizing positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

A seasoned supply chain expert with strong forecasting skills to prepare us for all scenarios, keeping an eye on the business bottom line.

Based in Milan and reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will:

• Develop demand forecasts and manage the planning calendar with relevant departments.
• Engage with buying, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers.
• Review historical sales data to inform forecasts and evaluate future performance.
• Translate demand plans into effective supply strategies.
• Communicate regularly with our global head office and support teams.
• Support other related tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the Retail industry.
• At least 5 years of similar experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain and sales processes.
• Proficiency in forecasting and understanding its financial impact.
• Strong analytical, planning, and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP / FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
