A leading supply and service company in Milan is looking for a Supplies & Services Representative to support the growth of the Aftermarket business. In this commercial role, you'll engage directly with customers, manage a portfolio, and participate in international projects. The ideal candidate has proven inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The Supplies & Services Representative will work in the Italian Supply and Service team, actively supporting the growth of the Aftermarket business.
This is a commercial role requiring direct sales to customers with the management of a portfolio of clients. The role also involves participation in international projects.
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
Engage proactively from onboarding to installed base refresh.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding Aftermarket business.
Support customers with consumable forecasts
Identify opportunities for new business within assigned accounts and recover lost business/customers.
Handle contractual services and consumable aftermarket quoting, offering, and renewal processes.
Visit customers when needed.
Coordinate proactively with sales and technical departments.
Work towards KPIs and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Run reports and analyze data to drive sales actions.
Manage specific international projects
Proven inside sales experience
Strong phone presence and experience engaging with different interlocutors at various levels.
Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and value selling.
Experience with SAP (SD Module) is a plus.
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and work in a team.
Availability to travel abroad if necessary
