We are now looking for a Suppliers Qualification Systems Support in Milano, Italy! Please note that this is a temporary position.

What kind of work will you be doing

Based on a list of existing open positions with defined priorities and in coordination with the process owner:

  • Communicate with customer reference persons / offices via phone, email, legal mail, or portal interface to open the qualification position for Vertiv Italia Srl.
  • Collect updated data and information from shared repositories and retrieve missing information.
  • Upload or transfer updated qualification data to customers by required means.
  • Ensure the qualification process is completed by managing exceptions and requests for clarifications from customers.
  • Update the qualification reference database for Vertiv Italy Srl.
  • Promptly manage urgent situations related to commercial or operational needs for qualification.

  • Fluency in the local language and intermediate English skills (document management / internal communication)

Technical / Functional skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and management of online portals.
