As Supplier Quality Engineer, you will qualify suppliers, conduct audits, lead root cause analyses, manage high‑impact supplier issues, and support New Product Development with cross‑functional teams. This permanent, hybrid role is based in Montecchio Maggiore, Italy, with travel and a company canteen included.

Competenze

• A bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials) is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Good communication skill in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Qualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet company quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits, including system and process audits.
• Lead root cause analysis related to supplier quality issues and non-conformances.
• Manage high impact suppliers' quality issues by coordinating containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers.
• Identify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plans.
• Lead sampling activities and validation (PPAP) on different types of projects.
• Participate in design reviews and New Product Development (NPD) activities to preventively identify manufacturing risks, process limitations, and supplier capability gaps before supplier award and/or product launch.
• Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments.
