Xylem, a global leader in water technology, invites applications for a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Montecchio Maggiore. The role focuses on qualifying suppliers, conducting audits, and driving quality improvements across the product lifecycle, including NPD collaboration.

With a engineering background and at least two years of experience, you will lead root cause analyses, containment actions, and supplier development, while working in a hybrid setup to support production and design

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Good communication in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Qualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits (system and process) and PPAP activities.
• Lead root cause analysis for supplier quality issues and non-conformances.
• Coordinate containment actions with production to minimize impact.
• Identify high-risk suppliers and create improvement plans.
• Participate in design reviews and NPD to mitigate manufacturing risks.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across supply, engineering, and manufacturing.
