In order to strengthen our Quality Department, we are looking to hire a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, the SQE will report to the EES & Electrification Supplier Quality Manager and will be responsible for ensuring quality standards throughout all phases of product development, from design through the product in operation.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, it is preferred that you have achieved excellent academic results with a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the role. A high propensity for mobility is required (>75%).
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment; strong communication skills, team working, and accountability are important skill sets to manage activities and responsibilities of the role.
Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
Knowledge of production processes for electrical/electronic components in the automotive sector and knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., SPICE) are a nice to have.
