Supplier Connectivity Coordinator (mat leave cover)

About the Role

This fixed-term, fully remote position based in Italy supports and empowers suppliers in managing their product content independently. The role involves coordinating onboarding, providing guidance, and implementing best practices within our business platform to optimize product availability, content quality, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support suppliers during product loading and updating processes via our Business Platform and API.
• Communicate best practices through newsletters, webinars, and emails.
• Assist with Salesforce Cases and guide suppliers accordingly.
• Onboard new suppliers and train them on our platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Tech Support, Supply Management) and external stakeholders (suppliers, API providers).
• Coordinate with BI, Supply Management, and Offer Content teams to collect data and support best practices.
• Manage over 20,000 products to ensure they are up-to-date and available.

• Strong knowledge of content management and internal systems.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and methodical.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
