Job Opening: Supervisor Piping

Gi Group S.p.a., a licensed employment agency, is seeking a Supervisore Piping for a company active in the Oil & Gas sector.

Location: Avenza (MS)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and control the progress of piping assembly work, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
2. Oversee key subcontractors involved in mechanical and piping assembly, testing, pre-commissioning, scaffolding, and special lifts.
3. Manage pre-assembly and piping assembly activities according to the execution strategy of the modules.
4. Ensure activities are carried out correctly, respecting technical requirements and safety protocols, and address any deviations or delays in coordination with the module leader.
5. Act as a Preposto, collaborating with the HSE department to ensure health and safety standards and environmental policies are upheld.
6. Participate in meetings led by the module supervisor to report on construction/mounting progress.
7. Coordinate with other discipline supervisors to manage interference issues.
8. Report problems requiring engineering or quality control intervention to the module leader for prompt resolution.
