CSE SRL, a young and rapidly growing company specializing in Quality Management, Engineering, Training Courses, and Safety, is seeking a HSE professional in the Oil & Gas sector.

Role Description:

The candidate will manage and coordinate HSE aspects related to the project, ensuring compliance with client criteria (DUVRI, POS, and HSE Plan).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with contractual HSE requirements outlined in DUVRI, POS, and HSE Plan.
2. Coordinate all activities with HSE Supervisors.
3. Support the HSE manager in managing project documentation, verifying, issuing, and controlling documents.
4. Ensure adherence to ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
5. Participate in coordination meetings.
6. Regularly inspect construction areas to verify that workers and subcontractors comply with HSE requirements.
7. Participate in walk-around inspections with the client.
8. Promote HSE campaigns and foster a "no blame" culture using the "Stop Work Authority".

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in HSE is preferred.
• Technical knowledge in emergency preparedness, risk assessment, safe work procedures, construction safety, ergonomics, contractor safety, and industrial hygiene.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Legislative Decree 81/08.
• Systematic understanding of construction aspects, industry standards, equipment, methods, contracts, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, organization, and supervision skills.
