GLO Marine specializes in EPC services for vessel retrofits, conversions, offshore mobilizations, and complex vessel interventions. We seek a Drydock Superintendent with experience in ship management and drydock operations to strengthen our project delivery team.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent / Drydock Manager to manage multiple drydock projects for offshore support vessels, representing GLO Marine in planning, coordinating, and supervising these projects to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all stages of drydock projects.
• Act as technical representative for clients during drydock execution.
• Coordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and classification societies.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare progress reports and updates.
• Resolve technical issues during projects.
• Conduct pre-docking inspections and supervise during dry-docking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience as Technical Superintendent, Vessel Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing drydock projects for offshore support vessels.
• Strong technical knowledge of vessel systems, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience working in shipyard environments and with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of surveyor processes and classification society requirements.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Experience with dry-docking specifications.
