The role: SuccessFactor Functional Consultant

We are looking for a SuccessFactor Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Support clients in defining relevant business processes. Provide business consulting support to customers.
2. Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs.
3. Support and take responsibility for the progress of the team on tickets and Change Requests, working closely with other business teams.
4. Regularly report progress and issues to clients on both a formal and informal basis.
5. Identify any risks and propose solutions.
6. Document business requirements and procedures.
7. Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 2 to 5 years of strong experience in IT industry, experience in SAP HR or any equivalent is a plus.
2. Knowledge in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Desired).
3. Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Good to have).
4. Experience having worked as part of a virtual team.
5. Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player.
6. A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction.
7. Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Excellent analytical skills.
10. Stakeholder management experience and expertise.

Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or an equivalent university degree.
