Competenze

Unox SpA, a market leader in the design and production of professional ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Subsidiaries Accountant to join the Administration Team at Unox SpA headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and training to the administrative teams of the subsidiaries, ensuring the adoption of best business practices.
  • Support the preparation of the subsidiaries' quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and Group accounting standards.
  • Collaborate in the quarterly and annual reporting process, collecting and consolidating financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor administrative activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and local regulations.
  • Prepare key financial reports, including the Group's net financial position and working capital.
  • Manage general accounting, credit monitoring, accounts payable, treasury, and expense reimbursements for the assigned subsidiaries.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the central administrative team, subsidiary managers, external auditors, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Support audit activities and tax filings for the subsidiaries in coordination with local consultants.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in economics (recent graduate or with some work experience).
  • Languages: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
