Job summary

LuxExperience in Milan is seeking a motivated Stylist to support styling and shoots for MyTheresa. The role focuses on high-quality styling, brand updates, and maintaining a balance between targets and creative flair.

The candidate should have a fashion/styling degree, 3+ years of experience, knowledge of leading brands, and strong English skills. This is an on-site role with various employee benefits and a collective bargaining framework.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education.
• Able to work well and motivate as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment.
• Knowledge of leading fashion brands and current fashion trends.
• Awareness and expertise for e-commerce environment.
• Excellent oral and written English knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the styling and shoot on model images with high quality standards considering Mytheresa DNA
• Proactively keep up with brands updates to ensure styling consistency
• Have a good balance between hitting targets and creative flair
• Responsible to ensure per week no more than 5% of your work is reshot
• Ensure all products are managed and handled with care
• Be able to handle administrative and organizational tasks
