Mytheresa is seeking a Styling Assistant (f/m/d) to join our Milan office and support the Menswear Styling Team on set and during styling prep.

You will collaborate with the Logistics team, ensure premium products are handled with care, and contribute to the high-quality shoots that define our luxury shopping experience.

The role is entry level with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment in Italy.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education.
• At least one year of relevant professional experience as a styling assistant.
• Organized, reliable and resilient.
• Strong English (oral and written) proficiency.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team.

Mansioni

• Assist the Styling team on set during the shooting and on-set prep.
• Support the Styling as well as the Logistics team throughout all stages of the production cycle.
• Ensure products are handled with care.

To support our Menswear Styling Team we are searching for a Styling Assistant (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist the Styling team on set during the shooting as well as of set during styling prep
• Support the Styling as well as the Logistic team throughout all stages of the production cycle
• Ensure products are handled with care

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education
• At least one year of relevant professional experience as a styling assistant
• Organized, reliable and resilient
• Sensitivity and responsibility for premium goods
• Able to work well and motivated as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment
• Good time management
• Excellent oral and written English knowledge

WHAT WE OFFER

• Starting annual gross base salary: €27,000.00 gross p.a.; final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process
• For Italy the respective CCN: „Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio)“
• Up to 37 days of holiday (including ROL and festivita’ abolite), depending on the length of service, starting with 33 days
