LuxExperience in Milan seeks a Junior photo & post production coordinator to support all stages of the photo production cycle on-site at our Studio Production LuxE. You will assist with photography knowledge, quality control, and timely delivery of final assets.

The role requires strong photography and post-production skills, retouching ability, and proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One, with excellent organization and teamwork. Fluency in English is mandatory.

What You Will Do

• Follow up throughout all stages of the photo production cycle
• Provide support to the sets in terms of technical photography knowledge
• Oversee photography quality control to ensure all imagery meets our standards

Starting annual gross base salary: €25.200. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process."
