The role

What will you do?

• Create and update financial models
• Deal structuring and due diligence
• Financial advisory and M&A activities
• Draft information memoranda and internal approval documents
• Support commercial negotiations with project partners
• Prepare project reports for the board, investors, and lenders
• Administer and maintain loan agreements (drawdown requests, waivers, etc.)
• Coordinate with lenders and advisors (technical, legal, etc.)

You will bring

• 1-3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, or energy, with a proven deal execution record
• Knowledge of investment analysis principles, DCF modeling, and project or real estate finance
• Degree or equivalent in Economics or Business Management
• Proven ability to develop complex financial spreadsheets
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills
