Our mission is to create an independent and environmentally friendly sailing experience that combines the silent cruising of a sailboat with the luxury of a motor yacht. For this reason, we are looking for a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (m / f / d) to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).

As a Structural Engineer, your responsibilities are:

• Development of structural drawings and calculations
• Drawings for submission to certification bodies
• Production support

Requirements:

You are definitely a match if you...

• Have a degree in Marine Engineering with a focus on structural engineering
• Have 5-7 years of experience in the industry
• Have experience with GRP plastics (mandatory)
• Have knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD, 3D parametric)
• Have the ability to read 2D & 3D production drawings
• Have knowledge of ISO rules for construction
• Have knowledge of CE certification
• Have high attention to detail
• Have good planning and organizational skills
• Are able to work independently and in a structured manner
• Have organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
• Have a creative problem-solving attitude
• Are solution-oriented
• Have willingness to travel
• Have a “Hands-on” mentality
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
• Have experience with Microsoft Office (MS Teams experience is welcome)
• Have a passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
