agap2 Italia seeks a professional on site to supervise and coordinate structural and architectural activities, ensuring quality, safety, and alignment with project specs. You will lead on-site construction efforts and ensure interfaces between disciplines are managed effectively.

The role requires 8+ years in energy/oil & gas or industrial construction, English proficiency, and experience with AutoCAD or Navisworks.

Competenze

• Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience supervising structural and architectural activities.
• Knowledge of AISC, AWS and API standards.
• Fluent English and on-site supervision experience.

Mansioni

• Supervise structural and architectural construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, piping, electrical, HVAC and other involved disciplines.
• Verify that installations comply with drawings and specifications.
• Support completion of construction activities in line with schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
• Supervise installation of steel structures, platforms, stairs, walkways, pipe racks and support systems.
• Coordinate partitions, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, cladding and insulation systems.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, NCRs and quality verifications.
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare site activity reports.

Professional responsible for supervising and coordinating structural and architectural activities on site, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as project specifications.

• Supervise structural and architectural construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, piping, electrical, HVAC and other involved disciplines.
• Verify that installations comply with drawings, technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Support the completion of construction activities in line with schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
• Supervise the installation of steel structures, platforms, stairs, walkways, pipe racks and support systems.
• Coordinate activities related to internal partitions, flooring, suspended ceilings, doors, windows, cladding and insulation systems.
• Manage inspections, dimensional checks, punch lists, NCRs and quality verifications throughout the construction phases.
• Attend coordination meetings, monitor work progress and prepare site activity reports.
• Degree in Structural Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience supervising structural and architectural activities in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore or Industrial Construction sectors.
• Knowledge of steel structures, building interiors, insulation systems, AISC, AWS and API standards, as well as construction regulations.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks or 3D visualization tools.

The salary for this position ranges from €45,000 to €60,000.

The position falls under the Commerce and Tertiary Sector National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) applied by our company.

Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, relevant experience and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.

For candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the indicated range, a review may be considered subject to internal approval.
