Within the Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas.

Our Strikers must achieve all elements of the RedBull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of RedBull to enable maximum sales of all RedBull products.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
• Management and development of designated area.
• Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
• Building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication.
• Influencing decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
• Influencing store-level orders to enable RedBull range availability.
• Ensuring a fair stock level to secure proper range availability and visibility for consumers.
• Securing (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of RedBull.
• Placement and maintenance of POS materials in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts.
• Ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from day one.
• Measurement, tracking, and auditing of key in-store metrics with digital tools.
• Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially managing ethnic point of sales; English language required.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field environment.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driving license.
