Within Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas.

Our Strikers have to achieve all the elements of Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  1. Territory Coverage
    Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Management and development of designated area.
  2. Perfect Store
    Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging. Building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication. Influencing decision makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  3. Stock Management
    Influence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability. Ensure fair stock levels to secure proper range availability and visibility to consumers.
  4. POS Management
    Securing (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull. Placement of POS material, ensuring it’s correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts. Ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
  5. Administration and Reporting
    Measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics with specific digital tools. Completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • Growth Mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, mainly managing ethnic point of sales, requiring English language proficiency.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license.
