A leading beverage company in Cuneo, Piedmont, is looking for a Striker - Store Activator to manage customer relationships and ensure the availability of their products. Responsibilities include achieving Perfect Store standards, effective coverage of outlets, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of MS Office, and an ability to work in a field-based environment.
Within Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas.
Our Strikers have to achieve all the elements of RedBull Perfect Store,including availability, visibility and additional placements of RedBull to enable maximum sales of all RedBull products

RESPONSIBILITIESAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.
Management and development of designated area.
Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements and messaging.
Building quality relationships with foreign Stores stakeholders through effective communication.
Influencing decision makers presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
Influence store-level orders to enable RedBull range availability.
Ensure a fair stock level to secure a proper range availability and visibility to our consumers.
Securing (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the RedBull.
Placement of POS material, ensuring it’s correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts.
Ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
Measurement, tracking and audit of key in-store metrics with specific digital tools.
Completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
