Job Description:

The candidate will be introduced to the Street Pricing Motor unit and will be involved in the following activities:

1. Motor Portfolio monitoring: conversion, retention, technical KPIs
2. Data analysis starting from existing data set
3. Data preparation and reports development
4. Identifying business insights from data reports and monitoring

Technical skills required:

• Knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience of 5 years in P&C insurance field
• Knowledge of SQL-based languages and Python
• Fluent in Italian and English

Soft skills required:

• Solid problem-solving and result-oriented attitude
• Proactive and innovative attitude in constantly improving tools and approaches to be market leading
• Proven independence in accomplishing tasks both individually and in a team
• Ability to manage tight deadlines
