Job summary

Buddyfit is seeking a Streaming Video Maker Intern in Milano to join the content team and work on live broadcasts, audio content, and social media. You will gain hands-on experience in a real production environment and see your work go live on our platform.

You'll learn from experienced professionals, contribute to the Core Product and Content, and potentially grow within a young, ambitious company that values creativity and fast-paced collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the main audio post-production software (Audition/Logic Pro).
• Knowledge of the main software for video editing (Adobe Premiere) and photo editing (Adobe Photoshop).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and image generation and creative workflows (e.g. Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Claude, Figma or similar) and the ability to integrate them into a professional workflow.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of photography and video making.
• Strong organisational skills, precision with deadlines, adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a team-player attitude.
• Fluency in English.
• PLUS: A genuine interest in social media and an understanding of how video can communicate brand values and corporate identity.
• PLUS: A portfolio or showreel (AI-generated work welcome).

Responsibilities

• Handle the technical support and audio/video direction of our live classes, making sure every session looks and sounds great.
• Record and post-produce podcast-style audio tracks.
• Edit video content for the platform and our social channels.
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance video and images, speeding up workflows and exploring new visual ideas.
• Pitch social media communication strategies and take part in the creative development of new formats.

You will take part in the creative and operative process underlying the Content Production activity of the company. In addition to working as livestreams’ video operator, you will be asked to contribute to the optimization of the technical and creative quality of our Core Product and Content.

About the role
