Job Description

The Strategy & Transformation Associate is responsible for managing cross-functional and international projects that lead to the evolution of the company and create impact across company verticals and regions (HQ and foreign entities). The role involves developing and monitoring market insights (competitive intelligence, market and trend evolution), performance metrics, and supporting activities within the Transformation & Strategy Department aimed at business evolution, innovation, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of transformation projects aimed at strategic business development.
  2. Support organizational changes to continuously improve and update business processes to achieve objectives through control actions, analysis, and modeling.
  3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve transformation benchmarks.
  4. Assist Country Managers and functional teams in driving impactful cross-functional initiatives.
  5. Support the CEO and leadership team in meetings and initiatives.
  6. Monitor actual performance versus plans, propose corrective actions, and share insights to maximize sales and profits.
  7. Create frameworks considering stakeholder needs and profitability requirements.
  8. Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance to produce innovative outputs supporting business goals.
  9. Analyze competitors and internal/external phenomena to create benchmarks for market monitoring.
  10. Evaluate and propose technological updates to achieve objectives and develop effective methodologies for targeted results.
Qualifications
  • STEM Degrees (Engineering, Economics, Finance, Maths)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar fields
  • Experience in Fashion (preferred)
  • Highly quantitative and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in English (native or fluent, written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and optional Tableau skills
  • Motivated to develop a career in fashion; willing to work in a dynamic environment; interested in mentoring and deepening expertise in fashion functional areas
  • Strategic thinking applied to business transformation
  • Result-oriented, proactive, capable of managing complexity, with creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and large-scale environments, facilitating interactions
  • Willing to travel
